Land description:
The land Colonia Topitorilor is located in an individual living area, delimited by the street Colonia Topitorilor – Splaiul Republicii and the river Săsar. The land has a slope to the stream. The land can have the vocation of ecological community public space with small outdoor activities and spaces for relaxation and socialization.
The challenges regarding the transformation of this land are:
- Dense planting and creation of pedestrian paths to be used by the local community;
- Location and decision on functions necessary for the local community. The arrangement of the functions must respect a high degree of permeability so that the soil can be greened (no paved spaces are allowed, large asphalt areas);
- Landscaping must finally have a pleasant atmosphere, a space in which the community can interact.
In line with challenges mentioned above, what is your opinion?
What do you think the pedestrian route should be and where should the accesses be located? What functions do you think the local community needs and can be arranged in this space? Do you consider that the development of this land in an ecological community public space is a good initiative?
