Land description:
The Craica land is located in the peripheral area of the city, delimited by Grănicerilor street, Bulevardul Unirii street and by a railway line. The land must be planted densely in order to green the soil polluted with heavy metals, but it can accommodate various activities for the community in the area, such as outdoor activities, small recreational areas.
The challenges regarding the transformation of this land are:
Planting dense areas to improve the image and ambiance of the area.
Deciding on a set of possible activities, suitable for the area and the local community.
