Land description:
The URBIS land is located behind the Baia Mare Local Police, on the banks of the Săsar River. The land will be densely planted in order to regenerate the soil from heavy metal pollution. The land presents the opportunity to arrange pedestrian paths and create a pleasant environment oriented towards nature.
The challenges regarding the transformation of this land are:
Creating a coherent arrangement in connection with related functions and public spaces.
Deciding on some design elements of the pedestrian routes and of some possible spaces for rest, socialization.

In line with challenges mentioned above, what is your opinion?
What do you think the pedestrian route should be and where should the accesses be located? Where could the social spaces be located? Where could the relaxation areas be located?
